Returns Policy of Premium one backdrops
At Premium One Backdrops, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and quality products. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we are here to assist you with any concerns you may have.
We highly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. While we take great care to ensure your items are shipped in excellent condition, occasional freight damage can occur. If you notice any damage, please contact us right away so we can assist in filing a claim with the courier. Please keep all packaging materials intact, as they may be required for the courier’s inspection, and do not return the merchandise without our prior authorization. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any errors made by the courier.
Most courier services provide coverage of up to $100 per shipment for loss or damage. If your shipment’s value exceeds $100, let us know at the time of your order if you’d like to purchase additional insurance.
Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date you received your order (please note prior authorization must be received from our customer service team)
Eligible items are items that are defective, or incorrect due to a printing error. We want to ensure that you receive the correct product and in good condition.
Return Process:
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Before requesting a reprint or refund, please provide us with clear photos or a detailed description of the problem to help us evaluate the issue and find the best solution.

Return Options:
Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer one of the following options:
Replacement: We will send you a new, corrected item at no charge.
Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the price of the defective or damaged item, including any shipping costs paid.
Standard Turnaround Time:
Our standard turnaround time for orders is 3-7 business days. Please keep this in mind when requesting a return, as we need time to process and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Expedited Orders:
If you place an expedited order with us, please be aware that additional fees may apply. These fees cover the costs of prioritizing your order to meet your requested deadline. However, if there are any issues with an expedited order, we will still process and provide a resolution in a timely manner.
Packaging and Shipping:
When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely to prevent further damage during shipping.
We recommend using a reliable shipping method that provides tracking information to ensure the safe return of your merchandise. Please note that unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
