Shipping Policy of Premium one backdrops

Production time is 1-3 business days from the date we receive your approved artwork, then it will take 3-7 business days to air ship to you if you are in the continental US, and 4-10 business days outside the US. Expedited orders are available upon request for an additional fee. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

Since all backdrops are custom printed to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

International Orders - The site does not currently calculate international shipping costs. Once your order is placed, we will contact you with an accurate shipping quote.

Premium One Backdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.

Premium One Backdrops is not responsible for delays by the shipping carriers, weather, or customs holds.
